In the heart of Canada's most easterly province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Peterview is located a short distance off Route 350. Route 350 connects with the Trans Canada Highway about 13 kilometers (about 8 miles) south of Peterview, approximately a 10 minute drive from there.
Route 350 connects to the Trans Canada Highway 15 kilometers (9.5 miles) east of Grand Falls-Windsor, and 74 kilometers (46 miles) west of Gander.
